Dosing systems

For dosing and proportional mixing of coolants due to new filling and top-up with water Oemeta offers high quality Dosatron products. Installed directly in the water supply line, the Dosatron pump operates by using water pressure as its sole power source. The water activates the Dosatron, which takes up the required percentage of concentrate directly from the container and injects it into the water. Inside the Dosatron, the concentrate is mixed with the water, and the water pressure forces the solution downstream. The dose of concentrate will be directly proportional to the volume of water entering the Dosatron. This ensures a constant mixing ratio of the fresh emulsion. Oemeta offers different Dosatron pumps, according to the special requirements. Our technical department will help you to find the Dosatron pump which is suitable for your application.

Oil Skimmers

Oil skimmers remove floating tramp oils and impurities from surfaces of coolants and other fluids. Oemeta offers a range of products (band skimmers and tube skimmers) for different requirements. Our experts will gladly advice you on your selection of a suitable oil skimmer.

Refractometer

Hand refractometers are used for quick and precise determination of the concentration of coolant emulsions. The refractive index of a specific liquid is determined by optical measurement with the refractometer.

During usage, the coolant is subjected to permanent external influences. Impurities are carried in, e.g. hydraulic and glide way oils, salts, preservatives and waste substances. Coolant ingredients are dragged out by the chips. The Oemeta analytical test case contains the most important tools to determine changes in the overall system, thus necessary action can be taken.
